To change your fitness or sauna membership fee

How can I change my fitness/sauna membership fee, and why is it not automatically switched?

As there are 3 new rates available, and we are unsure whether or which rate you would like to switch to, we cannot automatically adjust your membership.

You can change your rate by filling out a rate change request form. You can obtain this form at the reception. A change is possible every month.

Termination of the supplementary membership is possible with a six-week notice period, effective at the end of a quarter.
